Since joining the MPI San Diego Board of Directors in 2018, I have held various leadership roles, including Director of Recruitment, Director of Strategic Partnerships, VP of Marketing, VP of Finance, and Chapter President for 2023-2024. These experiences have given me a comprehensive understanding of association management and the unique challenges faced by chapters.
